Nathanael Buczek is a Northern Virginia-based criminal defense and family law lawyer.

Mr Buczek obtained his legal degree while working as a prosecutor for Stafford County, Virginia, and the City of Toledo, Ohio, with a third-year practice certificate. He started practicing family law and criminal defense as a private attorney after graduating. Additionally, he represents children’s interests in court as a Guardian Ad Litem.

In his years of handling criminal cases in private practice, he has represented clients accused of traffic infractions, DUIs, assault and battery, felony drug offenses, unlawful wounding, and other offenses.
