Mark Moffat

Mark Moffat is a founding member of the law firm of Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat. He graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1987. From 1988 to 1997, Mark worked as a trial lawyer at the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Office. While there, he represented clients accused of a range of crimes, from felonies to simple misdemeanors to death penalty offenses. Jim Bradshaw received his degree from the University of Utah College of Law as a William H. Leary Scholar. Before founding Brown, Bradshaw, and Moffat, he worked as a trench lawyer for the first eight years of his legal career at the Salt Lake Legal Defender’s Association.
