Amy R. Fochler

I am a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. After law school, I moved to Colorado and worked as a public defender for several years. Through this experience, I gained extensive advocacy skills and learned to effectively fight for my clients’ rights. In 2006, I relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for the Department of Veterans Affairs on the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board). During this time, I developed a passion for helping Veterans. Working for the VA, I learned how to effectively navigate through the VA process, fully develop claims and get positive results for Veterans. I worked as Counsel for the Board until 2012, when I entered private practice representing Veterans before the VA in compensation and pension benefits claims. I am a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado and accredited by the VA to represent Veterans all over the country. I have represented hundreds of Veterans before the VA Regional Office, Board of Veterans Appeals, and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. If you have been denied VA benefits, I can help. I specialize in representing Veterans. I only represent Veterans. I am an experienced and trusted VA-accredited attorney who can help you obtain success against the VA and get you the benefits you have earned.

How to Choose a Social Security Disability Lawyer in Charlotte:

Experience:

Look for lawyers with extensive experience in handling SSD cases. An attorney who has successfully navigated similar cases is better equipped to handle the complexities of your situation.

Client Reviews:

Check client reviews and testimonials to gauge the satisfaction of previous clients. Positive feedback can be an indicator of a lawyer’s competence and dedication to their clients.

Free Consultation:

Many SSD lawyers offer free initial consultations. Take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your case, understand the lawyer’s approach, and determine if they are the right fit for your needs.

Fee Structure:

Understand the lawyer’s fee structure. Most SSD lawyers work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they only get paid if your case is successful. Ensure you are clear on the percentage they will charge if you win your case.

If you are considering applying for SSD benefits in Charlotte, enlisting the support of a knowledgeable and reputable SSD lawyer is a wise decision. Their local expertise, personalized approach, and commitment to timely resolution can make a significant difference in the success of your disability claim, providing the financial relief you need during challenging times.
