James S. Beam is a native of Baton Rouge, LA and an Eagle Scout (1992). Mr. Beam is a 1999 graduate of Louisiana State University and a 2002 graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law where he earned his J.D. Mr. Beam is admitted to practice in all Federal and State courts in the State of Mississippi and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, LA. His clients include everyone from disabled workers in need of workers’ compensation to large commercial insurance carriers. He has also previously represented the State of Mississippi’s Department of Transportation and successfully negotiated high-value claims under the General Motors national victims compensation fund regarding GM’s faulty ignition switches. He is currently seeking compensation for victims in the Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy in New York. He is currently outside counsel for one of the largest auto insurance carriers in the nation focusing on special investigations involving fraud and insurance crimes. He is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and works closely with SIU (Special Investigation Unit) teams, law enforcement and the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Aside from his primary law practice, Mr. Beam is of counsel to Rogers, Ainsworth & Williams, PLLC and regularly serves as co-counsel to M. Devin Whitt, PLLC. Thomas C. Rollins, Jr.

Mr. Rollins focuses his law practice on Consumer Bankruptcy Law. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law and was the recipient of the Regions Bank Award together with American Jurisprudence Awards both in Wills and Estates and Real Estate Transactions. Further, Mr. Rollins was a member of the Deanâs list for two semesters in law school. He holds a Bachelorâs Degree from Mississippi State University in Banking and Finance and is a graduate of New Hope High School in Columbus, Mississippi. Mr. Rollins is licensed to practice before the Mississippi state courts and Federal District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. In 2002, Mr. Rollins joined the Marine Corps and served in the reserves while attending Mississippi State University. In 2004, his unit was activated and he deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. After serving six months as a machine gunner in Iraq, Mr. Rollins was critically injured in a Humvee rollover accident, which resulted in a medical retirement from the Marines in 2006 as a Corporal. Thomas is married to Jocelyn G. Rollins, a nurse at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and attends Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson. His family enjoys golf, travelling, and music.

Mike T. Ramsey

Mike is a Gulf Coast native and has served as an Air Force reservist at Keesler Air Force Base since 2007. He focuses his practice primarily on bankruptcy and consumer litigation.
