In law school, he served as Vice President of the SBA and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta’s Hoffman Chapter. Justin was also honoured with the Alex P. Hotchkiss Award for outstanding Chapter Justice, and the Hoffman Chapter was awarded the Stanley H. Kohn Award for the best chapter. Justin founded his successful law firm in 2005. Justin has years of experience in representing injured men and women in civil cases against insurance companies and large corporations. He has recently put a spotlight on some insurance companies’ abhorrent practice of delaying payments to the victims of drunk drivers. Tonya is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. She limits her practice to Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Bankruptcy. She has been practising since 2012. For the last two years, Tonya has transitioned from focusing on Family Law to focusing on estate planning and administration. She recently completed a certification in estate planning and is in the process of completing the advanced certification. She has 60 hours of mediation training and has previously been appointed as a GAL in multiple counties.
MILITARY
Tonya has been a member of the Kentucky National Guard since 2001. For the first seven years, she worked as a military police officer, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq where she was awarded several medals including a Purple Heart. In 2008, she was commissioned as a Signal Officer and spent the next seven years in service to the 149th Brigade as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander. Tonya was a Judge Advocate, served as trial counsel, Cyber Law Chief, Brigade Judge Advocate and Deputy State Judge Advocate for the Kentucky National Guard. She is planning to retire from the Army in December of 2021.

This award was presented in recognition of Mr. Nager’s efforts to positively effect change in the BWC system by meeting with BWC leadership to identify shortcomings in the system and recommend changes that benefit injured workers in Ohio.

I am dual certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and as a Specialist in Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. I am one of twenty-three attorneys with this dual certification. I devote my practice to those issues uniquely affecting the elderly, the disabled and their families. Having been raised by a parent with early onset Parkinson’s Disease, and having witnessed a grandparent spend over sixteen years in a nursing facility suffering from Alzheimer’s, I gravitated early in my career towards the practice of elder and disability law.
