Maria G. Antoniolli

Maria “Gabby” Antoniolli started her law practice as an Assistant State’s Attorney with DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office where she gained extensive trial experience in a variety of cases. During her time as a prosecutor, she prosecuted traffic and misdemeanor cases such as DUIs, Domestic Violence, and Orders of Protection. Gabby was then promoted to the felony juvenile division where she handled hundreds of juvenile abuse & neglect cases from intake through disposition. During her tenure in this division, Gabby worked closely with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and developed a deep understanding of the different aspects of cases involving abuse, neglect, and dependent minors. Gabby also worked in the Felony Trial Division where she prosecuted serious felony cases including aggravated DUI, burglaries, severe drug offenses, aggravated battery, and gun charges.

Since entering private practice, Gabby’s law practice has focused on criminal defense as well as family law issues, such as child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, relocation, orders of protection, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. Gabby is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and has served as a GAL in family law cases and the juvenile court system, helping the court with cases involving abused, neglected, and dependent minors.

Jonathan S. Bedi is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator with over a decade of trial experience. Bedi is a seasoned attorney specializing in criminal law with expertise in criminal appeals, drug crimes, expungement, fraud, gun crimes, internet crimes, sex crimes, theft, and violent crimes. Additionally, He handles white-collar crime, DUI & DWI cases, and domestic violence criminal defense, including restraining orders. In the realm of civil rights, He focuses on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), discrimination, employment, fair housing, police misconduct, and privacy law.
